研究目的：

1.主要研究目标 探讨COPD患者合并侵袭性肺曲霉菌病不同肺曲霉菌检测方法的诊断价值及各种检测方法的一致性，以及临床表现、影像学特点、实验室检查；常见易感因素；为临床诊治慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并侵袭性肺曲霉菌病提供科学的参考依据。 2.次要研究目标 1.比较不同实验室诊断技术对COPD合并CPA、ABPA、气道曲霉定植等其他曲霉感染的诊断价值； 2. 比较不同实验室诊断技术对其他下呼吸道疾病合并IPA、CPA、ABPA、气道曲霉定植等曲霉感染的诊断价值； 3. 痰GM在侵袭性肺曲霉菌病治疗随访过程的预测价值； 4. 哌拉西林或其复合制剂对GM检测结果的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Research Objectives: 1.To investigate the diagnostic value and consistency of different Aspergillus detection methods in patients with COPD combined with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis. 2.To analyze the clinical manifestations, imaging characteristics, and laboratory findings. 3.To identify common susceptibility factors. 4.To provide scientific reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of COPD combined with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis. Secondary Research Objectives: 1.To compare the diagnostic value of different laboratory diagnostic techniques for COPD combined with CPA, ABPA, and other Aspergillus infections such as airway Aspergillus colonization. 2.To compare the diagnostic value of different laboratory diagnostic techniques for other lower respiratory tract diseases combined with IPA, CPA, ABPA, and airway Aspergillus colonization. 3.To assess the predictive value of sputum GM in the follow-up process of treating invasive pulmonary aspergillosis. 4.To evaluate the impact of piperacillin or its combined preparations on GM test results.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

HIV、恶性肿瘤、大器官移植术后、干细胞移植术后、遗传性严重免疫缺陷病（CD4计数小于200/L）患者；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with HIV, malignant tumors, post-major organ transplantation, post-stem cell transplantation, or severe hereditary immunodeficiency disease (CD4 count less than 200/µL).
