探究保留部分中鼻甲的鼻窦扩大开放术（EESS）在2型炎症慢性鼻窦炎（CRS）中的应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the application of sinus enlargement and opening (EESS) in chronic sinusitis (CRS) with type 2 inflammation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）术前存在其他病因导致的鼻功能或嗅觉异常；（2）有鼻部手术史、颅脑手术史者；（3）患有恶性肿瘤者；（4）患有凝血功能障碍者；（5）处于孕期或哺乳期；（6）患有心、肾、肺功能障碍者；（7）依从性差无法完成随访者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Abnormal nasal function or smell caused by other causes before surgery; (2) Patients with a history of nasal surgery or craniocerebral surgery; (3) Patients with malignant tumors; (4) Patients with coagulation disorders; (5) During pregnancy or lactation; (6) Patients with heart, kidney and lung dysfunction; (7) Poor compliance can not complete the interview.

Random number table; The study designer prepared 102 serial numbers of the study objects in advance and used the computer to generate 102 random numbers. The singular number is the control group, and the even number is the observation group. Meanwhile, the control group is prescribed to use extended or strengthened sinus enlargement and opening operation, and middle turbinectomy is used during the operation. Observation group extended or strengthened sinus enlargement open operation, the operation retained part of the middle turbinate.
