研究目的：

本研究旨在评估踝关节骨折术后的患者在康复期间吸入氧化亚氮的镇痛效果。我们假设吸入氧化亚氮可以减少患者对疼痛和焦虑的感知，且副作用很少。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to evaluate the analgesic effect of inhaled nitrous oxide in patients after ankle fracture during rehabilitation. We hypothesized that inhaled nitrous oxide would reduce patients' perception of pain and anxiety with few side effects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

吸入氧化亚氮的禁忌症(肠梗阻、血流动力学不稳定、维生素B12缺乏、颅内高压、癫痫、严重面部骨折、药物滥用、酗酒、严重精神疾病或妊娠、肺栓塞、气胸、急性呼吸道感染或慢性肺部疾病、耳、鼻、喉疾病,如鼻窦炎、中耳炎等);意识不清或无法用 VAS 准确表达疼痛的患者;曾有踝关节多次损伤或踝关节多次手术。

Exclusion criteria：

Contraindications to nitrous oxide inhalation (intestinal obstruction, hemodynamic instability, vitamin B12 deficiency, intracranial hypertension, epilepsy, severe facial fractures, drug abuse, alcoholism, severe mental illness or pregnancy, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, acute respiratory infections or chronic lung diseases, ear, nose, and throat diseases, such as sinusitis, otitis media, etc.); patients with confusion or inability to accurately express pain on VAS; patients with previous Multiple ankle injuries or multiple ankle surgeries.

Blinding：

Considering that patients' knowledge of the gases they inhaled could have affected the results of the study, dilute nitrous oxide and oxygen are stored in two identical-looking cylinders and are labeled with identical white labels, labeled A and B. Until all procedures for this trial are completed, the team's researchers are not involved in any other part of the study except for their own individual work responsibilities.
