Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Data management includes data acquisition, data entry and data cleaning. During data collection, data items and formats should be clarified, and researchers should be trained on how to correctly collect and record data. When entering data, special electronic database or data entry software shall be used to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data. During data cleaning, logic check, verification and correction of errors and missing data are required.
