研究目的：

早期胃癌是胃癌临床诊疗的关键阶段，与胃癌临床疗效和患者预后密切相关。目前，早期胃癌内镜下诊断准确性较低，缺乏可供内镜下成像的特异性标志物。因此，本研究拟通过回顾性收集胃癌前病变和胃癌福尔马林固定石蜡包埋（FFPE）样本进行免疫组织化学染色（IHC staining），筛选出早期胃癌特异性标志物，为胃癌早诊早治提供新的方向。  

Objectives of Study：

Early gastric cancer (EGC) is a key stage in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer, and is closely related to clinical outcomes and prognosis of patients with gastric cancer. At present, the accuracy of endoscopic diagnosis of early gastric cancer is low, and there is a lack of specific markers for endoscopic imaging. Therefore, this study proposed by retrospectively collected FFPE samples of gastric precancerous lesions and gastric cancer to identify EGC-specific biomarkers via IHC staining, offers a new direction for early detection and treatment of gastric cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病理诊断结果不包括上述病变类型的FFPE样本；
2.患有其它类型恶性肿瘤或曾经/正在接受抗肿瘤治疗者；
3.孕妇或计划怀孕的妇女；
4.幽门螺旋杆菌感染活动期/粘膜广泛充血的患者；
5.正在接受幽门螺旋杆菌感染根除治疗的患者；
6.急性胃粘膜病变患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The results of pathological diagnosis did not include FFPE samples of the above lesion types;
2.Patients with other malignant tumors or who have received/are receiving anti-tumor treatment;
3.Pregnant women or women planning to become pregnant;
4.Patients with active H. pylori infection/extensive mucosal congestion;
5.Being treated for eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection;
6.Patients with acute gastric mucosal lesions;
