研究目的：

基于临床妊娠结局探讨胚胎植入前遗传学筛查（preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy, PGT-A)在复发性流产（recurrent pregnancy loss, RPL)患者中的临床疗效，比较分析在相同备孕时间内，与期待妊娠相比，PGT-A能否提升RPL患者的活产结局。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the role of preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) in recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) based on clinical pregnancy outcomes. To compare and analyze whether PGT-A can improve the live birth outcome of RPL patients compared with expected pregnancy within the same pregnancy preparation time.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)夫妻一方或双方有明确的染色体核型异常或单基因病； 2)生殖系统解剖结构异常：先天性子宫畸形，粘膜下肌瘤、宫腔粘连及宫腔粘连术后，或排卵前子宫内膜厚度<7mm，输卵管积水、子宫内膜异位症； 3)自身免疫性疾病、抗磷脂综合征患者，易栓症患者，血栓疾病患者； 4)高血压，糖尿病，心脏病，以及明确的未控制在正常范围内的内分泌疾病如甲状腺功能异常、泌乳素异常等； 5)恶性肿瘤患者； 6)既往接受过PGT-A助孕。

Exclusion criteria：

1)One or both spouses have a clear chromosomal karyotype abnormality or single gene disease; 2) Abnormal anatomical structure of the reproductive system: congenital uterine malformation, submucous myoma, uterine adhesiveness and after uterine adhesiveness, or before ovulation endometrial thickness <7mm, hydrosalpinx, endometriosis; 3) Patients with autoimmune diseases, antiphospholipid syndrome, thrombotic disease; 4) Hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and endocrine diseases that are clearly not controlled within the normal range, such as abnormal thyroid function and prolactin; 5) Patients with malignant tumors; 6) Previously received PGT-A assisted pregnancy.
