研究目的：

基于既往针对预防和治疗放射性皮肤损伤的多项临床研究，以拟行头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗的患者为研究对象，通过随机对照双盲临床研究，探究外用紫蒿解毒方塌渍法防治急性放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效和安全性，并挖掘外用中药预防和治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤的优势特征，以期能帮助患者顺利完成放疗，减少急性放射性皮肤损伤发生率及延缓出现放射性皮肤损伤的时间，提高生活质量及改善症状，形成可临床广泛推广的中医特色技术标准治疗方案、操作规程以及高级别的临床证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on a number of previous clinical studies on the prevention and treatment of radioactive skin injury, taking patients who plan to undergo radiotherapy for head and neck cancers as the research objects, this randomized, controlled, double-blind trial aims to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of external application of Artemisia Detoxification Prescription for the prevention and treatment of acute radioactive skin injury, and explore the advantages and characteristics of external use of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of acute radioactive skin injury. It is expected to help patients successfully complete radiotherapy, reduce the incidence of acute radioactive skin injury and delay the time of emergence of radioactive skin injury, improve the quality of life and improve symptoms, and form a standard treatment plan, operating procedures and high-level clinical evidence with TCM characteristics that can be widely promoted clinically.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拟放疗部位曾经接受过放射治疗或有严重未愈合的皮肤损伤； 2.ECOG评分>2； 3.有严重、未控制的器质性病变或感染； 4.正在参加或最近30天内参加过另一项临床研究； 5.对本试验药物成分过敏者； 6.严重的心理或精神异常、药物成瘾或酒精依赖者； 7.妊娠或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The site of the proposed radiotherapy has received radiation therapy or has serious unhealed skin damage; 2.ECOG score >2; 3.Serious, uncontrolled organic disease or infection; 4.Be participating in or has participated in another clinical study within the last 30 days; 5.Allergic to the ingredients of the test; 6.People with serious mental or psychiatric disorders, drug addiction or alcohol dependence; 7.Pregnant or lactating women.
