研究目的：

研究经皮穴位电刺激联合竖脊肌阻滞对根治性肾切除术后恢复质量的影响，探讨中西医结合诊疗方式的优效性，以期提高患者根治性肾切除术后恢复质量，促进快速康复。研究结果可以为临床提供参考，并且可以为交叉学科的技术创新奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with erector spinal muscle block on the quality of recovery after radical nephrectomy, and to explore the efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment, in order to improve the quality of recovery after radical nephrectomy and promote rapid recovery. The research results can provide reference for clinical practice and lay a foundation for cross-disciplinary technological innovation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.双侧肾脏或孤立肾肿瘤患者； 2.肾肿瘤复发或有远处转移； 3.合并其他恶性肿瘤或脏器衰竭； 4.重要资料随访不全； 5.严重的肾功能不全（eGFR<15ml/min/1.73m^2 ）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with bilateral renal or isolated renal tumors; 2. renal tumor recurrence or distant metastasis; 3. Combined with other malignant tumors or organ failure; 4. Incomplete follow-up of important data; 5. Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<15ml/min/1.73m^2);

采用 SAS9.4 进行区组随机分组，区组大小为 4 。由遂宁市中心医院负责与1:1:1:1 的比例随机分配到 TEAS 联合ESPB 组（TEB 组）、TEAS 组（T 组）、ESPB 组（E 组）、对照组（C 组）。

SAS9.4 is used for block randomization. The block size is 4. Suining Central Hospital was responsible for randomly assigning TEAS combined with ESPB group (TEB group), TEAS group (T group), ESPB group (E group), and control group (C group) in a ratio of 1:1:1:1.
