研究目的：

对比分析内镜下射频消融和内镜下贲门缩窄术治疗胃食管反流病的安全性及有效性，从而为临床治疗提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The safety and efficacy of endoscopic radiofrequency ablation and endoscopic cardia coarctation in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease were compared and analyzed, so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并长度＞2cm的食管裂孔疝；
2.严重的反流性食管炎（洛杉矶分级C级、D级）；
3.经活检证实为Barrett食管或早癌患者；
4.曾接受过胃折叠术等外科手术治疗导致正常生理解剖结构已被破坏者；
5.存在严重吞咽困难、食管运动障碍、食管狭窄、贲门失弛缓症等疾病者；
6.过敏或者存在严重心肺功能障碍不能接受内镜治疗或者不愿接受内镜治疗者；
7.孕妇及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined hiatal hernia with a length of >2cm;
2. Severe reflux esophagitis (Los Angeles grade C, D grade);
3. Patients with Barrett's esophagus or early-stage cancer confirmed by biopsy;
4. Those who have undergone surgical treatment such as gastric plication and have destroyed the normal physiological and anatomical structure;
5. Patients with severe dysphagia, esophageal motility, esophageal stricture, achalasia and other diseases;
6. Those with allergies or severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction who cannot receive endoscopic treatment or are unwilling to undergo endoscopic treatment;
7. Pregnant and lactating women.

The principle is to place a pH electrode sensitive to intraluminal hydrogen ions in the oesophageal lumen, so that changes in ions are converted into changes in current, and the information is dynamically stored in real time in a portable recorder and finally analysed by a computer.
