本项目研究目标为探索前锯肌平面阻滞的最佳方式、最佳剂量和最佳浓度，为临床胸部手术患者提供良好的麻醉、镇痛效果和安全保证。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this project is to explore the best method, optimal dose and optimal concentration of the anterior serratus plane block, and provide good anesthesia, analgesia effect and safety guarantee for clinical thoracic surgery patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.全身重要器官和系统疾病；
2.有局麻药过敏；
3.慢性疼痛；
4.凝血功能异常；
5.注射部位感染；
6.外周神经系统疾病；
7.精神疾病不能配合。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diseases of vital organs and systems of the whole body;
2. An allergy to a local anesthetic;
3. Chronic pain;
4. Abnormal coagulation function;
5. Injection site infection;
6. Peripheral nervous system disease;
7. Mental illness and can not cooperate.
