Objectives of Study：

Explore the effects of ankle orthosis and custom-made orthotic insoles on lower limb biomechanics of hemiplegic foot drop patients during walking.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 意识障碍，严重认知功能障碍； 2. 合并心、脑、肾等脏器急性疾病者； 3. 严重精神障碍； 4. 简易MMSE得分≤23分。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Disturbance of consciousness and severe cognitive dysfunction; 2. Combined with acute diseases of heart, brain, kidney and other organs; 3. severe mental disorder; 4. Simple MMSE score <= 23.
