研究目的：

1. 结合毛发镜及头皮生理指标分析技术，分析并评估未予干预、干预治疗（5%米诺地尔单用或联用低能量激光）对CIA头皮及毛发微观特征变化及临床疗效的影响。 2. 结合单细胞RNA-Seq靶点分析技术，分析并甄别化疗前后毛囊关键调控靶点并在CIA ex vivo人毛囊模型予以验证，从而为有效干预CIA提供新的诊疗依据及潜在调控靶点。

Objectives of Study：

1. Combined with dermoscopy and scalp physiological index analysis techniques, we analyzed and evaluated the effects of no intervention, intervention treatment (5% minoxidil alone or in combination with Low level laser ) on changes in the microscopic characteristics of the scalp and hair and clinical outcomes of CIA. 2. Combined with single-cell RNA-Seq target analysis technology, we analyzed and screened the key regulatory targets of hair follicles before and after chemotherapy and verified them in the CIA ex vivo human hair follicle model, so as to provide a new diagnostic and therapeutic basis and potential regulatory targets for the effective intervention of CIA.

排除标准：

健康人排除标准： 1. 患有癌症等严重疾病患者； 2. 妊娠或哺乳妇女；绝经期女性；月经紊乱女性； 3. 头皮炎症、外伤等不适于采集毛囊的情况； 4. 其他类型的脱发，如斑秃、雄激素性脱发、休止期脱发、头癣引起的脱发； 5. 伴有感染、精神症状等其他严重疾病； 6. 研究者认为不适合参加此研究者。患者排除标准： 1.乳腺癌癌有转移的患者 2.妊娠或哺乳妇女；绝经期女性；月经紊乱女性 3.头皮炎症、外伤等不适于采集毛囊的情况 4.其他类型的脱发，如斑秃、雄激素性脱发、休止期脱发、头癣引起的脱发 5.伴有感染、精神症状等其他严重疾病 6.正在参与其他临床试验研究者 7.研究者认为不适合参加此研究者

Exclusion criteria：

Healthy people exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious diseases such as cancer. 2.Female patients who are pregnant or lactating who are in menopausalwho are with menstrual disorders 3.Patients who have inflammation or trauma of the scalp and other conditions that are not suitable for harvesting hair follicles 4.Patients who have other types of hair loss such as alopecia areata, androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium, and tinea capitis 5.Patients who is accompanied by other serious illnesses such as infections, and psychiatric symptoms. 6.Those whom the researcher considers unsuitable to participate in this study. Patients exclusion criteria: 1.Female patients with metastatic breast cancer 2.Female patients who are pregnant or lactating who are in menopausalwho are with menstrual disorders 3.Patients who have inflammation or trauma of the scalp and other conditions that are not suitable for harvesting hair follicles 4.Patients who have other types of hair loss such as alopecia areata, androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium, and tinea capitis 5.Patients who is accompanied by other serious illnesses such as infections, and psychiatric symptoms. 6.Patients who are participating in other clinical trial studies. 7.Those whom the researcher considers unsuitable to participate in this study.
