研究目的：

（1）探索影响急性缺血性卒中患者预后的关键因素。 （2）基于大数据和机器学习技术，构建急性缺血性卒中患者预后预测模型。 （3）对构建的模型进行验证。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Exploring the key factors affecting the outcome of patients with acute ischemic stroke. (2) Based on big data and machine learning techniques, the prognosis prediction model of patients with acute ischemic stroke is constructed. (3) Validation of the constructed model.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）初次头颅CT等影像学检查提示颅内出血；（2）排除其他疾病引起的继发性脑卒中；（3）其他脑内功能障碍或遗传性疾病者；（4）伴有心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器损伤者；⑤急性脑外动脉栓塞。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)The initial head CT imaging examination indicated intracranial hemorrhage; (2) excluded secondary stroke caused by other diseases; (3) other brain dysfunction or genetic diseases; (4) with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other vital organs injury; (5) acute external cerebral artery embolism.
