研究目的：

观察升补宗气汤防治动脉硬化介入术后再狭窄的临床疗效，并探讨作用机理，进一步形成制剂，申请专利，临床广泛推广，减轻社会经济负担。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengbu Zongqi decoction in the prevention and treatment of restenosis after arteriosclerosis intervention, and to explore the mechanism of action, further form the preparation, apply for patents, and widely promote it in clinical practice to reduce the social and economic burden.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.⑴合并有严重肝肾功能不全、心功能不全以及心脑血管疾病;
2.⑵基础疾病控制不佳，血糖无法得到良好控制者；
3.⑶合并大动脉炎、血栓闭塞性脉管炎及冷损伤血管病等其他缺血性疾病者；
4.⑷对升补宗气汤中药成分过敏者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, cardiac insufficiency, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
2.Those who have poorly controlled underlying diseases and cannot have good blood sugar control;
