研究目的:

通过收集既往肺部血管造影肺栓塞与非肺栓塞患者的CT影像资料,基于人工智能算法,通过分割重建的方法,建立基于肺部平扫CT的肺部血管重建方法,并识别血管中的血栓影响,从而实现通过肺部平扫CT结合人工智能方法诊断肺血栓栓塞  

Objectives of Study:

By collecting CT imaging data of patients with pulmonary embolism and non-pulmonary embolism who had previous pulmonary angiography, a pulmonary vascular reconstruction method based on lung plain CT was established through segmentation and reconstruction based on artificial intelligence algorithms, and the influence of thrombus in blood vessels was identified, so as to realize the diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism through lung plain CT combined with artificial intelligence methods.

金标准或参考标准(即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法,在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准):

患者肺部CTPA显示肺动脉内低密度充盈缺损,部分或完全包围在不透光的血流之内(轨道征),或者呈完全充盈缺损,远端血管不显影;或伴有间接征象,包括肺野楔形条带状的高密度区或盘状肺不张,中心肺动脉扩张及远端血管分布减少或消失等。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

CTPA of the patient's lungs may show a low-density filling defect in the pulmonary artery, which is partially or completely surrounded by opaque blood flow (track sign), or a complete filling defect with no visualization of distal blood vessels; or accompanied by indirect signs, including wedge-shaped high-density areas or discoid atelectasis in the lung field, dilation of the central pulmonary artery, and reduced or absent distal blood vessel distribution.
