研究目的：

主要目的：研究甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对老年患者泌尿外科手术全麻术后谵妄的影响。 次要目的：探讨甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对老年患者泌尿外科手术围术期血流动力学、术后恢复质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To investigate the effect of remimazolam tosylate on delirium after general anesthesia during urological surgery in elderly patients. Secondary objective: To investigate the effect of remimazolam tosylate on perioperative hemodynamics and postoperative recovery quality of urological surgery in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急诊手术 2.因耳聋、哑而不能进行语言交流的 3.中枢神经系统疾病（脑出血、脑梗死）或精神疾病、术前痴呆、有记忆或认知功能障碍 4.其他情况，包括对苯二氮卓类药物不耐受或过敏、术前长期使用苯二氮卓类药物或阿片类镇痛药物、重症肌无力、精神分裂症和严重抑郁状态、术前睡眠障碍 5.严重心肺疾病（包括中度至重度的心脏瓣膜疾病、二度或三度房室传导阻滞、肺功能中度至重度下降） 6.手术时长≥4小时或手术时长＜1小时 7.术中出血量≥600ml或血红蛋白＜80g/L 8.术后入恢复室非计划再次插管者 9.术后入ICU 10.在研究过程中，由于严重的不良反应而需要终止试验

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery 2. Those who are unable to communicate in speech due to deafness or muteness 3. Central nervous system disease (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction) or psychiatric disease, preoperative dementia, memory or cognitive dysfunction 4. Other conditions, including intolerance or allergy to benzodiazepines, long-term preoperative use of benzodiazepines or opioid analgesics, myasthenia gravis, schizophrenia and severe depressive state, preoperative sleep disturbance 5. Severe cardiopulmonary disease (including moderate to severe valvular heart disease, second- or third-degree atrioventricular block, moderate to severe decline in lung function) 6. The duration of the operation≥ 4 hours or the duration of the operation<1 hour 7. Intraoperative blood loss≥ 600ml or hemoglobin <80g/L 8. Those who are admitted to the recovery room after surgery and do not plan to be intubated again 9. Admission to ICU after surgery 10. During the course of the study, the trial needs to be terminated due to serious adverse reactions
