探讨肌肉能量技术与体外冲击波治疗臀肌肌腱病的短期疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the short-term therapeutic effects of Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) and Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) in the treatment of gluteal musculotendinous diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）严重心脏病、肿瘤等恶性疾病患者； （2）治疗过程中不耐受或者不接受治疗方案的患者； （3）骨盆或髋部骨折的患者； （4）诊断为风湿或者关节炎等其他非肌肉问题导致疼痛的患者； （5）单纯转子滑囊炎和/或髂胫束摩擦综合征等其他病因导致的髋部外侧疼痛； （6）臀肌肌腱完全撕裂需要手术或有肌腱病手术史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe cardiac diseases, malignancies, or other serious health conditions. (2) Patients who are intolerant or non-receptive to the treatment regimen. (3) Patients with pelvic or hip fractures;. (4) Patients with pain caused by conditions other than muscular issues, such as rheumatism or arthritis. (5) Pain exclusively caused by conditions like isolated trochanteric bursitis or iliotibial band syndrome. (6) Patients with complete gluteal tendon tears requiring surgery or those with a history of tendon surgery.
