本项目旨在探究以AI绘画治疗方法为基础的干预对ADHD患者的治疗效果。通过将绘画与AI技术相结合,关注患者的心理健康指标变化,以评估这一治疗方法是否能够显著改善患者的基础症状。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this project is to investigate the therapeutic effects of an intervention based on an AI drawing therapy approach for patients with ADHD. By combining drawing with AI technology and focusing on changes in patients' mental health indicators, in order to assess whether this treatment approach can significantly improve patients' underlying symptoms.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)曾经历过Ai绘画治疗;2)有身体残疾;3)有沟通障碍;4)服用任何精神类药物;5)研究期间出现抗拒或不适合继续参与研究的反应。

Exclusion criteria:

1) Previous experience with AI-assisted drawing therapy; 2) Presence of physical disabilities; 3) Communication disorders; 4) Current use of any psychotropic medications; 5) Resistance or unsuitability for continued participation during the study period.

干预组使用AI生成技术处理儿童画作,心理治疗师将其编码为关键词以建立“视觉日志”。治疗师和技术人员将儿童复述的关键词与作品输入到AI软件来生成新作品,并与原画一同反馈给儿童作为奖励,在提升阶段里,艺术治疗师与儿童共同回顾作品并评估行为与情绪,引导儿童投入到下一段的治疗任务中。

The intervention group utilized AI generation technology to process children's drawings. Psychotherapists encoded these drawings into keywords to establish a "visual diary." Therapists and technicians input the children's verbalized keywords along with their artworks into AI software to generate new pieces, which were then provided back to the children as rewards.

This grouping of randomized numbers was performed by a professional coordinator who executed a computerized randomization procedure for the assignment of random number columns. This time, participants were assigned to the intervention and control groups in a 1:1 ratio.
