研究目的：

课题组提出设想，胃癌康复期患者平日进行益气健脾、增加人体免疫力的中药治疗，会降低新冠肺炎感染率、减轻感染症状。在新冠病毒感染期间，肿瘤患者因免疫力低下，感染风险是普通人群的数倍，该人群的感染防控尤为重要。较多中药干预新冠肺炎的研究中采用疗程≥6天至2个疗程（14天）进行中药干预，显示有较好的疗效，因此本研究选取2个疗程（14天）干预时间为纳入基础，即纳入人群至少是服用中药14天的患者。课题组在前期进行了小样本的预调查发现，服用益气健脾方的胃癌康复期患者的新冠病毒感染率较未服用益气健脾方的同类患者低；在已感染的患者中，服用益气健脾方的患者的感染症状较轻，且病程较短。因此，本课题组基于流行病学调查开展相关研究旨在验证基于扶正祛邪的理论，胃癌康复期患者在长期服用益气健脾方的基础上，患者的免疫功能得到提高，免疫力增强，对于新冠病毒的侵袭有一定的抵抗力。  

Objectives of Study：

The group proposes the conception that Chinese medicine treatments that benefit qi, strengthen the spleen and increase the body's immunity on weekdays for patients recovering from gastric cancer will reduce the infection rate of neocoronavirus pneumonia and alleviate the symptoms of the infection. During the period of neocoronavirus infection, the risk of infection in tumor patients is several times higher than that in the general population due to low immunity, and the prevention and control of infection in this population is particularly important. More studies of Chinese medicine intervention in neocollins pneumonia have used a course of ≥6 days to 2 courses (14 days) of Chinese medicine intervention, showing better efficacy, so this study selected 2 courses (14 days) of intervention time as the basis for inclusion, i.e., the inclusion of the population is at least 14 days of patients taking Chinese medicine. The group conducted a small-sample pre-survey in the early stage and found that the rate of neocoronavirus infection in patients recovering from gastric cancer who took Yiqi and Spleen Formula was lower than that in similar patients who did not take Yiqi and Spleen Formula; among those who had been infected, the patients who took Yiqi and Spleen Formula had milder symptoms of infection and shorter duration of the disease. Therefore, based on the epidemiological investigation, this group carried out the related research aiming to verify that based on the theory of supporting the positive and dispelling the evil, the immune function of the patients in the recovery stage of gastric cancer was improved and their immunity was strengthened, and they had a certain degree of resistance to the invasion of the neocoronavirus based on the long-term administration of Yiqi and Spleen Formula.

1.明显失语、认知功能障碍； 2.身体状况差，合并有免疫系统的慢性疾病，长期服用抗生素、激素等药物； 3.依从性差，未规律服用中药，不能配合本次研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. obvious aphasia and cognitive dysfunction; 2. poor physical condition, combined with chronic diseases of the immune system, taking antibiotics, hormones and other drugs for a long time; 3. patients with poor compliance, not taking Chinese medicine regularly, and unable to cooperate with this study;
