研究目的：

本研究旨在监测暴露于高海拔地区出现的生理反应及精神障碍，为高海拔环境中的健康管理和风险控制提供科学依据和实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to monitor the physiological reactions and mental disorders occurring in exposure to high altitude, and to provide a scientific basis and practical guidance for health management and risk control in high altitude environments.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)近3个月内有高海拔暴露史(≥2500米)；(2)患有任何急性或慢性身体或精神疾病；(3)平原地区SpO2 <95%；(4)有吸烟或酗酒习惯；(5)上肢或手影响测量。（6）既往有心肺疾病史、慢性病或近期服用影响心血管系统的药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) history of high altitude exposure (≥2500 meters) within the last 3 months; (2) suffering from any acute or chronic physical or mental illness; (3) SpO2 <95% in the plains; (4) habitual smoking or alcohol abuse; and (5) upper extremity or hand affecting measurement. (6) History of previous cardiopulmonary disease, chronic illness, or recent administration of medications affecting the cardiovascular system.
