纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①电耳镜及中耳分析仪检查发现异常，如鼓膜内陷、鼓膜穿孔、B型或 C型鼓室图等； ②不愿配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Electro-otoscopy and middle ear analyser examination reveals abnormalities, such as tympanic membrane invagination, tympanic membrane perforation, B- or C-type tympanograms; ②unwilling to cooperate with the investigation.
