Objectives of Study：

To observe the analgesic effect of suprascapular nerve block during and after shoulder arthroscopic surgery

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、局部麻醉禁忌症患者；2、长期使用阿片类药物患者；3、既往同侧肩关节手术史患者；4、糖尿病患者；5、患有精神疾病无法提供知情同意患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Patients contraindicated with local anesthesia; 2 Patients with long-term opioid use; 3 Patients with a history of ipsilateral shoulder joint surgery; 4 diabetic patients; 5 Patients with mental illness who are unable to provide informed consent.
