研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨对口腔癌皮瓣修复术患者进行 FTS 干预的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to investigate the clinical outcomes of FTS intervention in patients undergoing flap repair for oral cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未满20周岁或超过70岁; 2.合并其他恶性肿瘤;3.急性感染期,术前深静脉血栓形成或高凝状态,空腹血糖>11.1mmol/L,血压>160/100mmHg,肝肾功能不全,精神疾病及其他手术禁忌; 4.NSAIDs(非甾体抗炎)用药禁忌(消化性溃疡、NSAIDs过敏史、阿司匹林哮喘史);5.急诊手术; 6.拒绝签署知情同意；7.不遵医嘱、失访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. less than 20 years old or more than 70 years old; 2. combined with other malignant tumors; 3. acute infectious period, preoperative deep vein thrombosis or hypercoagulable state, fasting blood glucose>11.1mmol/L, blood pressure>160/100mmHg, hepatic and renal insufficiency, mental illness and other contraindications to surgery; 4. contraindications to the use of NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory) drugs (peptic ulcer,History of allergy to NSAIDs, history of aspirin asthma); 5. Emergency surgery; 6. Refusal to sign informed consent; 7. Non-compliance with medical advice, patients missing visits.
