研究目的：

1. 构建基于阶段变化理论的适用于吸烟准爸爸的阶段匹配性戒烟视频干预方案； 2. 验证基于阶段变化理论的阶段匹配性戒烟视频干预方案对吸烟准爸爸戒烟及维持戒断状态的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To develop a theory-driven and video-based smoking cessation intervention to motivate expectant fathers to quit and maintain abstinence. 2. To evaluate the effectiveness of the theory-driven and video-based smoking cessation intervention targeted at expectant fathers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 正在参与或1年内参与过其他戒烟研究项目者； 2. 因精神上或身体上的严重疾病如聋哑、眼盲、精神疾病导致的意识不清等情况而无法完成沟通者； 3. 无法使用电子产品接收并播放视频者； 4. 孕妇为吸烟者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. smokers who meet the inclusion criteria but are currently involved in other smoking cessation programs or had participated similar programs within one year; 2. mentally or physically unfit for communication; 3. don't have any electronic equipment for playing videos and follow-up; 4. have a smoking partner.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

本研究将采用分层区组随机的方法。根据行为改变阶段（前预思期、预思期、准备期、行动期、维持期）分为五层，每个层内再使用区组随机（层内区组长度为4或6）。将由不参与受试者招募的研究助理A使用SPSS 25.0生成随机序列码。所有参与者在入选当天扫描微信二维码添加干预微信号。根据每个参与者纳入的时间顺序，对所有参与者进行顺序编号，称为“入组序号”。研究助理B将根据入组序号，与生成的随机序列码相匹配，完成随机分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The method of stratified block randomization will be adopted in this study. According to the stage of behavior change (pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance), five layers will be stratified. The blocks within each layer will be randomized (the intra-layer block length will be 4 or 6). Random sequence will be generated using SPSS 25.0 by research Assistant A, who will not be involved in recruitment. All participants will scan the Wechat QR code to add the intervention Wechat ID on the day of recruitment. According to the order of inclusion, all participants will be numbered sequentially, called the "enrollment number". Research Assistant B will allocate participants to the intervention group or the control group randomly based on the entry sequence number, which matches the generated random sequence.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

量性资料将采用发放问卷的方式进行数据采集，由双人录入数据并进行核对，将使用Epidata 4.6录入问卷调查收集的全部数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Quantitative data will be collected by questionnaires. Two dependent research assistants will check and input the data into Epidata 4.6. All the data will be stored and managed in the form of an electronic database.
