研究目的：

研究本地区孕妇疫苗接种现况、相关病原保护性抗体水平及其影响因素，从而为政府相关部门提供特殊人群疫苗接种方案的相关信息，为上海地区育龄女性和孕妇疫苗接种策略和婴儿疫苗接种程序优化提供依据，减少高危人群特别是新生儿及婴幼儿的水痘、百日咳、麻疹、呼吸道合胞病毒等疾病发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the current status of vaccination for pregnant women, the level of protective antibodies against relevant pathogens and their influencing factors in the region, so as to provide relevant government departments with information on vaccination programs for special populations, to provide a basis for the optimization of vaccination strategies for women of childbearing age and pregnant women as well as infant vaccination programs in Shanghai, and to reduce the incidence of diseases such as chickenpox, whooping cough, measles, respiratory syncytial virus, etc., in the at-risk population, especially in newborns, infants and toddlers. The incidence of the disease will be minimized.
