数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

利用HIPAA匿名化处理工具对采集对话进行的匿名化处理，包括删除任何可能识别个人身份的信息。专业的临床研究人员将对工具匿名化处理后的数据进行二次核对，确保患者隐私。同时采集数据仅保存在本地服务器上，确保数据安全。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Anonymization of captured conversations using HIPAA anonymization tools, including the deletion of any information that may identify an individual. Professional clinical researchers will double-check the anonymized data of the tool to ensure patient privacy. At the same time, the collected data is only stored on the local server to ensure data security.
