Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of Visual Laryngoscope combined with Disposcope Endoscope for double-lumen endobronchial tube intubation and positioning

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）预测困难气管插管者（符合以下条件中一项即为预测困难插管：Mallampati 分级 III级及以上；张口度≤3cm；甲颏距离≤6cm；颈部屈曲度≤80°；上门齿前突） ； （2） 预测面罩通气困难的患者 ； （3）术前胸部CT检查提示气道解剖异常； （4）既往接受手术麻醉时出现困难气管插管者； （5）术前两周存在上呼吸道感染者，肺功能障碍及痰液较多患者； （6）不可使用左侧双腔支气管导管进行单肺通气的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients predicted to have difficult endotracheal intubation (those who meet any of the following conditions are predicted to have difficult endotracheal intubation: Mallampati grade III or above; mouth opening <= 3 cm; thyromental distance <= 6 cm; neck flexion <= 80°; upper incisor protrusion); 2. Patients who are predicted to have difficulty with mask ventilation; 3. Those whose preoperative chest CT scans indicate abnormal airway anatomy; 4. Those who have had difficulty with endotracheal intubation during previous surgical anesthesia; 5. Those who had upper respiratory tract infection two weeks before surgery, those with pulmonary dysfunction and excessive sputum; 6. Those who cannot use a left-sided double-lumen endobronchial tube for single-lung ventilation.

研究者用随机数字表法进行分组，将80个患者按时间顺序从1开始编号，根据研究需要分为两组，然后随机指定随机数字表的某一行、某一列作为起点，按照从左到右的方向读取表中的数字，将奇数分配到D组，将偶数分配到F组，直到所有研究对象都被分配到相应的组中。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The researchers used the random number table method for grouping. They numbered 80 patients sequentially from 1 according to the time order. According to the research needs, the patients were divided into two groups. Then, they randomly specified a certain row and a certain column of the random number table as the starting point, and read the numbers in the table from left to right. The odd numbers were assigned to Group D, and the even numbers were assigned to Group F until all the research subjects were assigned to the corresponding groups.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：采用纸质CRF记录数据，经双人核对后录入Excel数据库。 数据管理：数据通过ResMan系统加密存储于云端服务器，数据管理员负责审核数据完整性，研究团队仅可通过授权账号访问本中心数据。所有数据均进行去标识化处理，符合伦理及隐私保护要求。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: The data is recorded using paper CRF, and after verification by two people, it is entered into the Excel database. Data management: The data is encrypted and stored on the cloud server through the ResMan system. The data administrator is responsible for reviewing the data integrity. The research team can only access the data of this center through an authorized account. All data are de-identified and comply with ethical and privacy protection requirements.
