Objectives of Study:

(1) Assessment of the diagnostic value of BIVA in elderly ADHF (2) Correlation between BIVA and severity of disease in elderly ADHF patients (3) Differences in BIVA in elderly patients with ADHF due to different etiologies (4) The correlation between the dynamic changes of BIVA and the improvement or deterioration of the condition of elderly ADHF patients. (5) The predictive value of BIVA on the prognosis of elderly ADHF patients.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①体内有金属或心脏起搏器等医疗器械,义肢,无法进行体成分分析测定者;②神志及精神异常无法配合BIVA检测者;③肿瘤晚期及其他预期寿命低于1年的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

① Those who have metal or pacemakers and other medical devices in their bodies, prosthetic limbs, and who are unable to perform body composition analysis and determination; ② Those who have mental and psychiatric anomalies that prevent them from cooperating with the BIVA test; ③ Those who are in advanced stages of tumours and other patients with a life expectancy of less than 1 year.

采用韩国 Biospace公司制造的 Inbody 7 70 人体成分分析仪,通过生物电阻抗矢量分析(BIVA)测量参与者的50Hz相位角(Phase angle,PA)、细胞内水分(intracellular water,ICW)、细胞外水分(extracellularwater,ECW)、总水分(total body water,TBW)、体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、水肿指数(Edema index,EI)、水合指数(Hydration index,HI)等参数。在ADHF组患者入院后24H以内通过医院的全自动生化分析仪、心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断仪和计算机X线断层摄影机测定ADHF组患者的NT-proBNP、TnI、肌酐清除率、LVEF、胸部CT等,同时评估患者的NYHA心功能分级和KCCQ评分。依据ADHF组患者病情,给予标准化的ADHF相关治疗,后续分别在接受治疗后3-5天及治疗结束时测定患者的生化指标及BIVA相关参数。

Using the Inbody 7 70 Body Composition Analyser manufactured by Biospace, Korea, the participants' 50 Hz phase angle (PA), intracellular water (ICW), extracellular water (ECW), total body water (TBW), body mass index (BMI), body mass index (BMI), and total body mass index (BMI) were measured by Bioelectrical Impedance Vector Analysis (BIVA). extracellularwater,ECW), total body water (TBW), body mass index (BMI), edema index (EI), hydration index (HI) and other parameters. NT-proBNP, TnI, creatinine clearance, LVEF, chest CT, etc. were measured by automatic biochemical analyser, cardiac colour Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument and computed X-ray tomography in the ADHF group, and NYHA cardiac function classification and KCCQ score were evaluated in the ADHF group within 24 hours after admission. Based on the condition of the patients in the ADHF group, standardised ADHF-related treatments were given, and the biochemical indexes and BIVA-related parameters of the patients were subsequently measured 3-5 days after the treatment and at the end of the treatment, respectively.
