研究目的：

本研究旨在以卒中后痉挛性瘫痪患者为研究对象，观察经筋刺法： 1.治疗卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的临床有效率。 2.预防卒中患者痉挛进展的有效性。 3.探讨经筋刺法治疗卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的介入时机，及经筋刺法对不同程度、不同性质、不同部位的脑血管病疗效相关性的差异，为卒中后痉挛性瘫痪患者提供更加有效的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to observe the meridian needling method in patients with spastic paralysis after stroke: 1. The clinical efficacy of treating spastic paralysis after stroke. 2. The effectiveness of preventing spastic progression in stroke patients. 3. Explore the timing of intervention for the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke using the Jingjin needling method, as well as the differences in the correlation between the therapeutic effects of Jingjin needling method on cerebrovascular diseases of different degrees, properties, and parts, in order to provide a more effective treatment plan for patients with spastic paralysis after stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.由骨折、骨质疏松症、关节炎等其他原因所引起的肢体功能障碍 2.伴脑外伤、动脉瘤、神经肿瘤、动静脉畸形患者 3.合并心肝肾功能严重损伤者 4.大面积脑梗死，伴严重脑水肿，脑疝形成等患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Limb dysfunction caused by fractures, osteoporosis, arthritis, and other reasons 2. Patients with traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, neuroma, and arteriovenous malformation 3. Patients with severe damage to heart, liver, and kidney function in combination 4. Patients with extensive cerebral infarction, severe cerebral edema, and herniation

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表包含：填写说明；纳入与排除标准；患者人口学资料；发病情况:发病时间、病程、合并症、脑梗死或脑出血部位、治疗史、体格检查肌力、肌张力等；化验检查指标:血常规、D-二聚体、凝血指标、肝肾功能、电解质、血糖、血脂、CT/MRI结果、下肢彩超(是否合并静脉血栓)等；其他治疗方法:康复、艾灸、西药、电疗等。主诉、治疗前后评分；病情转归及死亡事件登记等。 电子采集和管理系统：天津中医药大学第一附属医院数据智能平台（nova.tjtcm.yiducloud.cn）.

The case report form includes: filling instructions; Inclusion and exclusion criteria; Patient demographic data; Disease situation: onset time, course of disease, comorbidities, location of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, treatment history, physical examination of muscle strength, muscle tone, etc; Laboratory examination indicators: blood routine, D-dimer, coagulation indicators, liver and kidney function, electrolytes, blood glucose, blood lipids, CT/MRI results, lower limb ultrasound (whether venous thrombosis is present), etc; Other treatment methods: rehabilitation, moxibustion, Western medicine, electrotherapy, etc. Chief complaint, pre-treatment and post-treatment scores; Disease progression and registration of death events.
