研究目的：

评估胸段硬膜外镇痛对重症急性高脂血症性胰腺炎患者肠道微生物菌群的影响（有益菌和其他菌群的数量及种类变化），并为临床实践提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of thoracic epidural analgesia on intestinal microbiota (changes in the number and types of beneficial bacteria and other bacteria) in patients with severe acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis, and to provide scientific basis for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）凝血酶原时间<60%，血小板计数<75 G/L，肝素抗凝治疗中断时间小于8小时；2）中枢神经系统活动性感染，伴有硬脑膜间隙手术的背部手术史，疑似或确诊颅内高压；3）经适当复苏后仍难治性循环性休克；4）已知对利多卡因、罗哌卡因或纳布啡过敏；5）过去15天内使用单胺氧化酶抑制剂；6）病历资料不完整的患者；7）既往有慢性肠道疾病病史者；8）既往4周内使用过抗生素、益生菌者，胃肠道出血者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The prothrombin time was <60%, the platelet count was <75 G/L, and the interruption time of heparin anticoagulation therapy was less than 8 hours; 2) Active infection of the central nervous system, history of back surgery with dural space surgery, suspected or confirmed intracranial hypertension; 3) Refractory circulatory shock after appropriate resuscitation; 4) Known allergy to lidocaine, ropivacaine, or nalbuphine; 5) Use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors within the past 15 days; 6) Patients with incomplete medical records; 7) Patients with a history of chronic intestinal disease; 8) Patients who have used antibiotics, probiotics or gastrointestinal bleeding in the past 4 weeks.
