Objectives of Study：

Evidence that stellate ganglion block improves cerebral function by increasing cerebral blood flow, thereby promoting postoperative recovery in elderly patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有中枢神经系统和心理疾病；有严重听力或视力障碍；文盲及在语言上无法有效交流；凝血功能障碍；严重全身感染或穿刺部位有感染者；严重循环、呼吸系统疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with central nervous system and psychological disorders; severe hearing or visual impairment; illiteracy and inability to communicate effectively verbally; coagulation disorders; severe systemic infections or infections at the puncture site;Patients with severe circulatory and respiratory system diseases.
