评估服用枸杞原浆对CrossFit运动员，健美运动员及健康久坐成年人的激素水平，肌肉损伤，肠道菌群及运动表现的影响及其差异性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluatethe effects and differences of oral Lycium barbarumjuice(LBJ) on hormonelevels, muscle damage, gut microbiota, and exercise performance in CrossFit athletes, bodybuilding athletes, and sedentary healthy adults.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)临近比赛的健美运动员；(2)服用其他具有促进睾酮分泌作用的运动补剂；(3)实验期间内的饮食结构发生较大改变。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Bodybuilders nearing competition; (2) Taking other exercise supplements that promote testosterone secretion; (3) Significant changes in dietary structure during the experiment period.
