研究目的：

观察丙泊酚和右美托咪定对冠脉移植患者术后氧合指数的影响，为临床提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe of the effects of propofol and dexmedetomidine on postoperative oxygenation index in coronary artery transplant patients, and to provide clinical reference.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

根据术后机械通气时仅采用丙泊酚或右美托咪定镇静，分为P组（丙泊酚组）和D组（右美托咪定）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

According to postoperative mechanical ventilation using only propofol or dexmedetomidine for sedation, they were divided into P group (propofol group) and D group (dexmedetomidine). 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前有认知功能障碍； 2.严重呼吸系统疾病； 3.存在严重肝肾功能不全； 4.近期服用抗抑郁药、镇静剂或镇痛药； 5.研究使用药物过敏史； 6.既往胸部手术史； 7.围术期数据不完整； 8. 其他认为对本研究结果有影响。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative cognitive impairment; 2. Severe respiratory system disease; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Recent use of antidepressants, sedatives, or analgesics; 5. History of drug allergy in research; 6. History of previous chest surgery; 7. Incomplete perioperative data; 8. Other factors considered to have an impact on the results of this study.
