研究目的：

对比NEC患儿疾病急性期、恢复期粪便AI-2浓度，探究其与菌群失衡、NEC疾病过程的关系；初步阐明AI-2对肠道菌群组成、NEC疾病过程的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The concentration of AI-2 in fecal of acute and convalescent stage of NEC children was compared to explore the relationship between AI-2 and imbalance of flora and NEC disease process. To preliminarily demonstrate the effect of AI-2 on the composition of intestinal flora and the course of NEC disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

具有先天性肠道发育畸形，如先天性肠闭锁、先天性巨结肠、肠旋转不良、原发性肠穿孔的患儿

Exclusion criteria：

Children with congenital intestinal malformations,such as congenital intestinal atresia, Hirschsprung's disease, intestinal malrotation, primary intestinal perforation.
