研究目的：

本研究主要采用量表评估、基本身体素质测试、认知行为学测试、心血管测试以及近红外脑电等手段，通过分析被试运动干预前后的基本身体素质、行为学及近红外和脑电数据，提取出反应被试任务表现的指标（如反应时、正确率、脑区活动性等），通过分析中心动脉、周围动脉的相关指标（如心率变异性、脉搏波传导速度、血流介导的血管扩张等），来研究高尔夫运动对大学生的认知功能、心血管功能的影响，并进一步探讨其发生改变的神经生物学机制，为运动改善大脑功能、心血管功能的机制研究提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study mainly adopted scale assessment, basic physical fitness test, cognitive behavioral test, cardiovascular test and NIR EEG, etc. By analyzing the basic physical fitness, behavioral, NIR and EEG data of the subjects before and after exercise intervention, the indicators of task performance of the subjects were extracted (such as reaction time, accuracy rate, activity of brain area, etc.). By analyzing the relevant indicators of central artery and peripheral artery (such as heart rate variability, pulse wave conduction velocity, blood flow-mediated vasodilation, etc.), the effects of golf on cognitive function and cardiovascular function of college students were studied, and the neurobiological mechanism of the changes was further explored, providing theoretical basis for the mechanism study of the improvement of brain function and cardiovascular function by exercise.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）2 个月内服用过激素类药物； （2）近半年内存在骨折或关节拉伤扭伤； （3）在研究期间服用任何矿物质/维生素补充剂。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Taking hormonal drugs within 2 months; 2.Fractures or joint strains and sprains in the past six months; 3.Take any mineral/vitamin supplements during the study period.
