Objectives of Study：

To research the immunological function of Chinese healthy children, and establish the normal value of immunology of normal children in China

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)具有影响其生存的严重疾病，如肿瘤、艾滋病等研究者认为不宜入选；
2)法律上的残疾者（盲、聋、哑、智力障碍），精神疾病患者；
3)根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，或生活地经常发生变动等易造成失访的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With seriously diseases such as tumor,AIDS ,and researchers think that should not be selected;
2. Laws on the handicapped (blind deaf-mute mental retardation) in patients with mental illness;
3. According to the researcher's judgment has lower possibility into the group or other disease let it complicate to join the group ,or easy to lost to follow-up.
