研究目的：

1. 开发完成包含认知矫正治疗、社会技能训练、健康教育和疾病监控四个模块的基于互联网的“计算机辅助的精神分裂症社区综合康复系统”，完成各项软件测试，通过软件可靠性评估。 2. 完成综合康复系统的临床疗效验证，做好临床推广前的各项准备。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To develop the internet based computer assisted community rehabilitation system (CaCRS) for schizophrenia, including four modules of cognitive remediation therapy, social skills training, health education and symptom monitor; 2. To validate the clinical efficacy of CaCRS in patients with schizophrenia who living in community.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 伴精神发育迟滞或脑器质性疾病；
② 严重衰退或冲动兴奋不合作；
③ 伴发严重抑郁、焦虑和物质滥用；
④ 严重的躯体疾病或药物副作用，无法进行康复治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With mental retardation or cerebral organic disease;
(2) With severe recession or impulsive behavior and can not finish assessments;
(3) With severe depression, anxiety and substance abuse;
(4) With severe somatic disease or side effects of drugs that can not be rehabilitated.
