研究目的：

以幸福感作为切入点，聚焦护理学生，基于积极心理学，制定心理育人策略，转变育人观念，构建有利于幸福学习的外部条件和制度保障，提高护理学生的感受幸福、创造幸福、获取幸福的能力，形成一套科学、积极、可复制的幸福感提升方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking well - being as the entry point, focusing on nursing students, and based on positive psychology, formulate psychological education strategies, transform educational concepts, construct external conditions and institutional guarantees conducive to happy learning, improve the abilities of nursing students to feel, create and obtain happiness, and form a set of scientific, positive and reproducible well - being improvement plans.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有精神疾病、偏执型人格、吸毒者、酗酒者等； ②不会上网，不会使用微信、QQ等聊天工具的情况； ③不愿意参加本试验； ④提交作业少于10次； ⑤中途退出研究； ⑥因各种原因失访。

Exclusion criteria：

①Having mental illnesses, paranoid personality disorders, being drug addicts, alcoholics, etc.; ②Being unable to use the Internet or chat tools like WeChat and QQ; ③Being unwilling to participate in this experiment; ④Submitting homework less than 10 times; ⑤Withdrawing from the research halfway; ⑥Being lost to follow-up due to various reasons.

Positive emotions (P): Recall three good things related to happiness, pleasure, and joy that you have experienced today, and write down what the good things were, how you felt at that time, and the reasons why they happened.
