研究目的：

利用整合组学研究手段（蛋白质组学及代谢组学）分别从蛋白质水平及代谢物水平对疾病进行全面分析，寻找脓毒症早期预警的敏感的特异性生物标志物，建立可靠的疾病预测模型，同时利用蛋白代谢整合通路分析发病机制；通过流行病学研究，从而掌握重庆市儿童脓毒症的的发病情况和发病规律；将整合组学技术和流行病学研究相结合，实现儿童脓毒症的早期预警、诊断、病因鉴别、病情评估，并针对不同病因给予有效的个体化预防和治疗，从而改善脓毒症的预后，降低脓毒症的病死率、致残率和医疗费用。  

Objectives of Study：

By means of integration research group (proteomics and metabolomics) respectively to analyze the disease from the protein level and metabolite levels, for sepsis early warning of sensitive and specific biomarkers of disease, to establish a reliable prediction model, and the integration of protein metabolism pathway analysis the pathogenesis by epidemiological studies; Chongqing City, so as to grasp the children with sepsis incidence and pathogenesis; integration of omics technologies and epidemiological studies combined assessment of children with sepsis early warning, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, disease, and individualized effective prevention and treatment for different causes, so as to improve the prognosis of sepsis the lower the mortality of sepsis, disability and medical expenses.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）达到SIRS标准的2项及以上但确认非感染的患儿；（2）单纯有临床表现而无实验室检查支持感染者或单纯实验室检查存在异常而患儿无相关异常临床表现者；（3）小于28天；（4）入ICU后进行血液净化的患儿；（5）遗传代谢基础疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) to SIRS standard 2 or more but confirmed non infected children;
(2) only with clinical manifestation and laboratory examination without support infection or simple abnormal laboratory examination and clinical manifestations of children with no associated abnormalities;
(3) less than 28 days;
(4) in ICU after blood purification children;
(5) genetic metabolic diseases.
