研究目的：

本研究的目的是通过采集不同海拔地区真实世界诱导痰液标本，采用mNGS测序手段并通过微生物数据库匹配并丰富数据库信息。根据地区哮喘患病实际情况，寻找可能导致哮喘发生、发展的呼吸道差异微生物。从组学角度为微生物治疗哮喘提供数据支撑。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to collect real world induced sputum samples from different elevations, adopt mNGS sequencing method, and match and enrich the database information through microbial database. According to the actual situation of asthma in the region, to find the respiratory tract differential microorganisms that may cause the occurrence and development of asthma. To provide data support for microbiological treatment of asthma from the perspective of omics.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）需长期服用2片（等效10mg醋酸泼尼松片）/日以上糖皮质激素或免疫抑制剂药物的患者。（2）有结核病或其它呼吸道慢性传染性疾病。（3）有囊性纤维化、支气管扩增、特发性肺纤维化等结构性肺病史。（4）有任何已知的肿瘤或恶性肿瘤。（5）有HIV感染或其它免疫缺陷疾病。（6）有先天性心脏病。（7）受试者预计将在研究开始后12个月内迁出研究区域。（8）60天内曾参加其他临床试验或使用任何试验性药物。（9）妊娠或哺乳期。（10）近期重大手术的患者，无法耐受诱导痰和外周血标本的留取。（11）预计无法参加后续随访。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who need to take 2 tablets (equivalent to 10mg prednisone acetate tablets)/more than a day of glucocorticoid or immunosuppressive drugs for a long time. (2) Have tuberculosis or other respiratory chronic infectious diseases. (3) A history of cystic fibrosis, bronchial amplification, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and other structural lung diseases. (4) There is any known tumor or malignancy. (5) Have HIV infection or other immunodeficiency diseases. (6) Congenital heart disease. (7) Subjects are expected to move out of the study area within 12 months of study commencement. (8) have participated in other clinical trials or used any investigational drug within 60 days. (9) Pregnancy or lactation. (10) Patients with recent major surgery cannot tolerate the retention of induced sputum and peripheral blood samples. (11) Expected to be unable to participate in follow-up follow-up.
