研究目的：

1. 挖掘盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(sequelae pelvic inflammatory disease，SPID)女性的阴道微生态菌群结构及代谢特征，明确其阴道特征菌及代谢物，探究阴道微生态对全身代谢及炎症的影响，以期能从阴道菌群微生态的角度深化PID和SPID的发病机制，获得SPID治疗靶标。 2. 探究活血化瘀药物干预后气滞血瘀证型SPID的女性阴道微生态的改变，以期从阴道菌群微生态的角度阐述桃红四物汤对于SPID的治疗机制及作用靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the vaginal microbiota structure and metabolic characteristics in women with sequelae pelvic inflammatory disease (SPID), identify the specific vaginal bacteria and metabolites, and explore the impact of vaginal microecology on systemic metabolism and inflammation. This study aims to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of PID and SPID from the perspective of vaginal microbiota ecology and identify therapeutic targets for SPID. 2. To explore the changes in vaginal microecology in women with SPID of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after intervention with blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs. This study aims to elucidate the therapeutic mechanisms and targets of Taohong Siwu Decoction for SPID from the perspective of vaginal microbiota ecology.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①妊娠期及哺乳期女性； ②入组采样前30天内已使用抗生素治疗； ③采集标本前48小时内有性生活、阴道或宫颈局部用药、阴道冲洗； ④严重的心、脑、肝、肾、血液系统等重要器官疾病、内分泌疾病； ⑤重大创伤性手术。

Exclusion criteria：

①Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. ②Use of antibiotic treatment within 30 days before enrollment and sampling. ③Sexual activity, vaginal or cervical medication, or vaginal douching within 48 hours before specimen collection. ④Severe diseases of major organs such as the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, or blood system, as well as endocrine disorders. ⑤Undergoing major traumatic surgery.
