研究目的：

1、构建一组腋窝入路腔镜甲状腺癌患者术后颈肩进阶功能操 2、将颈肩进阶功能操应用于腋窝入路腔镜甲状腺癌患者，并研究其应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

1.To systematically construct a group of advanced functional exercises of neck and shoulder. 2.Such exerciseswas applied to patients underwent axillary-approached gasless endoscopic thyroidectomy, and evaluate the effect of exercises .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有风湿性疾病； 2.有肩颈外伤史、乳腺癌手术史； 3.接受其他治疗：局部按摩或针灸治疗等措施，包括一些物理因子治疗，生物反馈治疗和肌肉抗阻训练等方法； 4.长期口服非甾体类抗炎药，镇痛药的涂抹或喷洒。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have rheumatic diseases; 2. History of shoulder and neck trauma and breast cancer surgery; 3. Receiving other treatments: local massage or acupuncture treatment, including some physical factor therapy, biofeedback therapy and muscle resistance training; 4. Long-term oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, smearing or spraying of analgesics.
