研究目的：

本研究拟在无痛胃肠镜检查项目中联合应用氯普鲁卡因、丙泊酚，探讨氯普鲁卡因抑制丙泊酚静脉注射痛的半数有效剂量（ED50）和95%有效剂量（ED95），探讨使用ED95剂量氯普鲁卡因对患者检查过程中丙泊酚用量的影响，为安全实现舒适化医疗提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to jointly use chloroprocaine and propofol in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy to explore the half effective dose (ED50) and 95% effective dose (ED50) of chloroprocaine in inhibiting propofol intravenous injection pain. ED95), to explore the impact of using ED95 dose of chloroprocaine on the dosage of propofol during patient examination, to provide a reference for the safe implementation of comfortable medical care.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征，未经控制的严重高血压，不稳定心绞痛，严重心律失常，肝肾功能异常，中度及以上贫血，胃肠道梗阻伴胃内容物潴留，对丙泊酚、氯普鲁卡因过敏，长期服用镇静镇痛药物，精神类疾病或神经系统疾病，癫痫。

Exclusion criteria：

Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, uncontrolled severe hypertension, unstable angina, severe cardiac arrhythmia, abnormal liver and kidney function, moderate or above anemia, gastrointestinal obstruction with gastric content retention, resistance to propofol, Allergy to chloroprocaine, long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs, mental illness or neurological disease, epilepsy.
