研究目的：

本研究通过对 TRAs 治疗我中心 ITP患者的既往临床数据进行回顾总结，对阿伐曲泊帕在中国儿童 ITP 中的治疗中的临床数据进行收集和分析，评估阿伐曲泊帕在中国儿童 ITP 患者治疗中的有效性及安全性；探索阿伐曲泊帕血药浓度在儿童 ITP 个体化治疗中的作用，以提高中国儿童 ITP 治疗水平。  

Objectives of Study：

This study reviewed and summarized the previous clinical data on the treatment of IPT patients with TRAs in our center, collected and analyzed the clinical data on the treatment of avatripal in Chinese children with ITP, and evaluated the efficacy and safety of avatripal in Chinese children with ITP. To explore the role of blood concentration of avatricoppa in individualized treatment of ITP in children, so as to improve the treatment level of ITP in Chinese children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①骨髓干细胞疾病；②活动性恶性肿瘤；③先天性血小板减少、系统性红斑狼疮史、Evans 综合征史或其他已知的继发性血小板减少症病版本号： 版本日期：7史的患者；④既往发生过静脉血栓或血栓性事件（心肌梗死、脑梗死、短暂性脑缺血发作等）。

Exclusion criteria：

① bone marrow stem cell disease; ② Active malignant tumor; Congenital thrombocytopenia, history of systemic lupus erythematosus, history of Evans syndrome, or other known secondary thrombocytopenia disease version number: Version date: patients with 7 history; A history of venous thrombosis or thrombotic events (myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, transient ischemic attack, etc.).
