通过人群试验研究儿童配方骆驼乳粉对学龄前儿童眼脑发育和肠道健康的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

A population-based trial to study the effects of a children's formula of camel milk powder on eye and brain development and intestinal health in preschool children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有严重营养不良、食物过敏、其他过敏性疾病、胃肠道疾病、严重的慢性全身性疾病、乳糖不耐症、肥胖症、神经精神疾病及有手术史的儿童；过去1个月内接受过其他益生元或益生菌产品和/或抗生素治疗的儿童；父母不期望遵守研究方案；母亲有精神病史、或怀孕期间服用抗焦虑药或抗抑郁药；目前正在参与另一项临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

Children with severe malnutrition, food allergies, other allergic disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, severe chronic systemic diseases, lactose intolerance, obesity, neuropsychiatric disorders, a history of surgery; children who have received other prebiotics or probiotics products and/or antibiotics within the past month; children whose parents do not expect to adhere to the study protocol; mothers with a history of mental illness or who took anti-anxiety or antidepressant medication during pregnancy; and those currently enrolled in another clinical trial will be excluded from participation.
