To explore the feasibility and safety of integrating the elderly intensive care unit (ICU) into the friendly management model of the elderly critically ill patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、病情极其危重、治疗预期较高患者。 2、GICU医护条件无法满足诊疗需求患者。 3、患者及（或）家属拒绝入住GICU患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with extremely critical condition and high treatment expectation. 2. GICU medical conditions cannot meet the needs of patients for diagnosis and treatment. 3. Patients and/or family members refused to stay in GICU.

除基础医护措施外，根据病情评估情况，加入弹性探视（按时探视与按需探视结合）、诊疗环境优化（神志清醒者单间或双人间病房设置、病房照明光源弱化、必要时耳塞和眼罩应用等）、关怀式诊疗（约束缩减、主动护患交流、早期康复介入等）、家属参与式临终关怀等友善式管理模式。

In addition to the basic medical care measures, according to the assessment of the condition, Add flexible visitation (combining timely visitation with on-demand visitation), optimization of diagnosis and treatment environment (setting of single or double room wards for conscious patients, weakening of lighting sources in wards, application of earplugs and eye masks when necessary, etc.), caring diagnosis and treatment (restraint reduction, active nurse-patient communication, early rehabilitation intervention, etc.), and friendly management models such as family participation hospice care.
