研究目的：

目前脑卒中已上升为全球的第二大致死原因和首要致残因素，而吞咽障碍是脑卒中患者常见的功能障碍之一，吞咽障碍延长住院时间，减慢恢复速度，继发营养不良、脱水、吸入性肺炎等并发症，甚至危及生命。经颅磁刺激是一种无痛、无创且相对安全的新技术，通过改变皮层兴奋性调节脑功能，对吞咽障碍康复有一定效果。本研究通过重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍，改善患者吞咽功能，减少呛咳误吸、肺炎、营养不良等的发生率，从而提高患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Currently,stroke has risen as the world's second largest death causes and primary causes damage factor, and swallowing disorder is one of the common dysfunction in patients with cerebral apoplexy. It will extend the length of hospital stay, slow recovery and causes complications such as secondary malnutrition, dehydration, aspiration pneumonia, or even life threatening.Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a new technology that is painless, non-invasive and relatively safe, and it can be effective for the recovery of swallowing disorder by changing the excitability of the cortex to regulate the brain function.This study through repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment of swallowing disorders after stroke, and improves the patients' swallowing function, reduces the incidence of choking cough aspiration, pneumonia and malnutrition, thus improves the patients quality of life.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者有严重精神疾患、认知障碍和癫痫病史
2.颅内及心脏装有金属支架，或心脏装有起搏器
3.存在咽部、甲状腺溃疡，感染，肿瘤等严重内科疾病
4.患者中途病情发生变化，不适合继续治疗者

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient had a history of severe mental illness, cognitive impairment and epilepsy;
2. The intracranial and heart is equipped with metal scaffolds, or the heart is equipped with pacemakers;
3. There are severe internal diseases such as pharynx, thyroid ulcer, infection and tumor;
4. Patients in the middle of the disease change, not suitable for continuing treatment.
