初步建立髋部骨折患者流行病学数据库，评估髋部骨折患者围术期的VTE的发生率和相关风险因素。

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

检查存在遗传性凝血异常疾病患者（包括凝血因子缺乏、有明显出血倾向）；既往无VTE 病史；入院时未服用抗凝药物；精神疾病等、预期会导致依从性不良的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with hereditary coagulopathy (including coagulation factor deficiency, significant bleeding tendency), mental illness, any who are expected to cause poor compliance; previous history of VTE; using anticoagulant medication at admission.
