Mother-infant bonding disorders: Refers to the mother's lack of feelings associated with being a mother after childbirth, irritability, hostility or aggression towards the baby, or rejection of her own child. Postpartum depression: Refers to the significant depressive symptoms or typical depressive episodes that occur in women during the postpartum period.

研究目的：

1. 基于倾向性评分匹配方法进行前瞻性队列研究，评估分娩疼痛、椎管内分娩镇痛对产后母婴连接的影响，更全面理解分娩疼痛与产后母婴连接之间的关系，为优化分娩镇痛方案提供新视角。 2. 基于路径分析模型，进一步评估椎管内分娩镇痛与产后母婴连接的因果关系以及产后慢性疼痛、母乳喂养、产后抑郁等因素在其中的作用，为改善产后母婴连接质量提供新依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. A prospective cohort study based on propensity score matching methods is conducted to assess the impact of labor pain and epidural analgesia on mother-infant bonding after delivery, providing a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between labor pain and mother-infant bonding postpartum, and offering new perspectives for optimizing labor analgesia strategies. 2. Based on a path analysis model, we further evaluate the causal relationship between epidural analgesia and mother-infant bonding after delivery, as well as the roles of factors such as postpartum chronic pain, breastfeeding, and postpartum depression, providing new evidence for improving the quality of mother-infant bonding after childbirth.

3.有椎管内分娩镇痛禁忌症；

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient refuses to participate in the study. 2. A history of mental illness. 3. Contraindications for epidural analgesia during childbirth.
