研究目的：

拟用五行音乐疗法对面瘫负性情绪患者进行干预,寻找一种全新的具有中医特色的护理方法,最终达到提高患者生活质量的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

Intend to use five elements of music therapy to interfere with negative emotions in patients with facial paralysis, looking for a new method of nursing with Chinese characteristics, and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

在面瘫中医护理方案基础上给予五行音乐疗法，同时判断纳入病人的五行体质[31]（见附表4），根据五行相生相克原理，进行音乐配对。音乐曲目来源于《中国传统五行音乐(正调式)》(中华医学会音像出版社出版)等，通过相关软件将治疗曲目制成音频文件，录入MP3播放器。播放音乐前向患者说明治疗目的，并教会患者集中注意力与音乐产生共鸣。让患者在宽敞明亮、光线柔和的环境中实施音乐疗法，MP3播放，音量控制在40-50dB，每次至少30min，每天早上治疗前、晚上睡前各进行一次，播放音乐时可让患者轻闭双眼,鼓励其欣赏音乐时多想象一些美好的事物,保持愉快轻松的心情,从而达到人乐和谐的境界。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The five elements of music treatment were given on the basis of the Chinese nursing programme of the facial paralysis, at the same time, according to the principle of five lines of phase, the five elements of the patients that have been included are judged and then proceed the music pairing. Music tracks come from "Traditional Chinese Five Elements Music (Positive Type)" (published by the Chinese Medical Association Audiovisual Press), etc. The treatment track is made into an audio file and recorded into the MP3 player through the related software.Explain the purpose of the treatment to the patient before playing the music and teach the patient to concentrate and resonate with the music.We provide the spacious and bright, light and soft environment to the patients when implementing the music therapy.Use MP3 player broadcast, volume control at 40-50db, at least 30min each time, the music treatment is before the treatment every morning and before bed at night. When you play music, you can let the patient close their eyes and encourage him to imagine the beautiful things while enjoying the music, and keep a happy and relaxed mood to achieve the harmonious state of human beings. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)继发性其他疾病的面神经麻痹患者，如: 感染性多发性神经根炎、侵犯颞骨的肿瘤、后颅凹病变、腮腺炎或腮腺肿、脑外伤等;(2)合并严重的心、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等原发性疾病或糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、精神病等;(3)妊娠或哺乳期妇女，过敏或瘢痕体质。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with facial paralysis secondary to other diseases such as infectious multiple neuritis, tumor invasion of the temporal bone, posterior fossa lesions, mumps or parotid gland swelling, brain trauma, etc;
(2) combined with serious primary diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, etc. or diabetes, cancer, mental illness;
(3) Pregnant or lactating women, allergic or scarred physique.
